Auction Payments
Any bids create a binding and enforceable offer for the selected conference. A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours after the auction has ended to secure the conference. The remaining balance due must be paid as agreed upon in contract prior to group arrival. Payments are not refundable. If payment is not received, the next highest bidder will be selected with payment pursuant to the terms hereof. Availability and offers are subject to change without notice and are not combinable with any other offer. Offers include hotel taxes and gratuities.
